Important Notes:
- Participants must hold a WJNSC club membership
- Participants must meet pre-requisite to register in these levels - these levels are not intended for beginner skiers.
- We are not able to offer refunds for club membership or SDP registration
- Program communication is via Slack. This can be downloaded as a mobile or web application or accessed without download as a website.

A damage deposit for all rental gear is required, held for the duration of the season and returned when rental gear is returned.
What to wear
- Choose layers that are made of fleece, wool, polyester or acrylic blends. Avoid cotton as it retains moisture.
- Wear warm socks, a lightweight toque, gloves, ski pants, and jacket. Winter jackets and snow pants are too heavy at this age and level. Questions about what to wear? Reach out to your child’s coach on slack, or email our SDP coordinator at sdp@gmail.com
SDP is run entirely by volunteers. One parent must volunteer in some capacity. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Skiing with a class as a second adult
- Supervising & cleaning up snack after lessons
- Preparing & serving end-of-lesson hot chocolate
- Organizing the end-of-season potluck
